Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025, so no ODR link is provided here.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the VSBG. You can of course always contact us directly at support@jobsuchpro.com — we would much rather resolve a problem than escalate it.
Liability for content and links
Own content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect arises only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement, and we will remove such content promptly.
Job listings from third parties
JobsuchPro aggregates job advertisements from external sources, including the Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Arbeitnow, Adzuna and other job APIs and partner aggregators. We are not the author of these listings and do not verify their accuracy, currency or legality. The advertising employer alone is responsible for the content of a listing, for the application process, and for compliance with the AGG (German General Equal Treatment Act). If you spot a listing that appears fraudulent or discriminatory, please report it to us and we will remove it from the index.
External links
Our service contains links to external websites over which we have no control. We checked linked pages for obvious legal violations at the time of linking; none were apparent. Permanent monitoring of linked content is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. We will remove such links promptly once we become aware of one.
