Why this exists
Applying for jobs in Germany is a paperwork problem disguised as a career problem. The listings are scattered across the Bundesagentur für Arbeit, a dozen aggregators and company career pages. Each application wants a tailored CV in a particular format, a cover letter that repeats what the CV already says, and a follow-up you will forget to send.
The tools that promise to fix this mostly do not serve this market. They are built for US-style résumés, they ignore the Arbeitsagentur entirely, and many of them treat your CV as inventory to be sold on to recruiters.
JobsuchPro was built the other way round: German sources first, GDPR-first architecture, and a hard rule that your CV is never product. The AI reads the listing and your profile, scores the fit and explains why, drafts the documents, and tracks the pipeline. You stay the one who decides what gets sent.
What we hold to
Four commitments that shaped the architecture — not marketing lines added afterwards.
Your data is not the product
No advertising business, no recruiter data feed, no data sale. Revenue comes from subscriptions, which keeps the incentives pointed at you rather than at whoever would pay for your CV.
German sources first
The Bundesagentur für Arbeit is the backbone of this market and most tools skip it. It is our primary source, alongside Arbeitnow, Adzuna and partner aggregators.
AI drafts, you decide
Match scores are estimates and generated documents are drafts. Nothing is sent on your behalf without your review, and no score ever decides anything about you.
Boring, verifiable infrastructure
Application data sits in AWS Frankfurt. Prompts are not retained and never train a model. Infrastructure is code, monitored and auditable.
