Our commitments
Most job platforms treat your CV as inventory. We treat it as yours. Concretely:
- EU-only storage. Your account, CV and job data live in AWS Frankfurt (
eu-central-1). Nothing is stored outside the EU. - No model training. Your CV and documents are never used to train or fine-tune an AI model — not ours, not a provider’s.
- No data sale, ever. We have no advertising business and no recruiter data feed. Our revenue comes from subscriptions only.
- No tracking cookies. No consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- Data minimisation by default. Job source APIs receive search criteria, never your identity.
- Deletion means deletion. Live systems immediately, encrypted backups within 30 days.
Your rights, and how to use them
Every right below is free to exercise and we respond within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests, with notice).

What an export contains
A data export is a single archive containing:
- Your account record — e-mail, display name, locale, creation date, plan
- Your full profile — work history, skills, education, preferences
- Every CV file you uploaded, in its original format
- Every CV and cover letter we generated for you
- Your saved and matched jobs, with match scores and reasoning
- Your application pipeline, including status history and notes
- Your billing history (invoices, not card data — we never hold that)
What deletion actually does
- 1.Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
- 2.Profile, CVs, generated documents, matches and pipeline are removed from live databases and object storage right away.
- 3.Any active subscription is cancelled; we refund the unused portion of the current period.
- 4.Encrypted backups roll over within 30 days, after which no copy remains.
- 5.Invoices are retained for 10 years as required by § 147 AO and § 257 HGB — these contain billing records only, not your CV or job data.
AI transparency
We use AI for match scoring and document drafting. You are entitled to know how that affects you:
- A match score is a relevance ranking for your own feed. It is not shared with any employer and it does not exclude you from applying to anything.
- There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effect under Art. 22 GDPR.
- Processing happens on Amazon Bedrock in the EU. Prompts and outputs are not retained by AWS and never reach the model provider.
- Generated documents are drafts you own and control — review and edit before sending.
