Terms of Service

01Scope and parties

These Terms govern your use of JobsuchPro, a digital service operated by Ayaz Shahid (see the Imprint for full details). By creating an account you accept these Terms.

Conflicting or additional terms of your own do not become part of this agreement unless we agree to them in writing.

These Terms are available in German and English. In the event of a discrepancy, the German version prevails for contracts with consumers resident in Germany.

02What the service does

JobsuchPro aggregates job listings from public and partner sources, scores them against your profile using AI, and helps you produce tailored CVs and cover letters and track your applications.

AI output — match scores, tailored CVs, cover-letter drafts — is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything you send to an employer. We give no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete or suitable for a given application.

03Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration details.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• One account per person. Sharing an account or reselling access is not permitted.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

04Plans, prices and payment

JobsuchPro offers a permanently free plan and two paid subscriptions. Prices are shown on the pricing section of our homepage and are the prices that apply at the moment you order.

• Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your full card number.
• A subscription renews for a further month unless cancelled before the end of the current period. There is no minimum term beyond that month.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features after notifying you. Your data is not deleted.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel with effect from the date it would take effect.

05Free trial

The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. We tell you the exact date the trial ends before you start it, and again by e-mail before the first charge. Cancel any time during the trial and you are charged nothing.

06Right of withdrawal (consumers)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Ayaz Shahid, support@jobsuchpro.com — by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you used, and you incur no fees for the reimbursement.

Early start of the service

Paid features are made available immediately after purchase. When ordering, you expressly consent to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance (§ 356(5) BGB). If you withdraw after using the service for part of the period, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided (§ 357(8) BGB).

A model withdrawal form is available on request at any time — write to support@jobsuchpro.com and we will send it immediately.

07Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time in Settings → Billing, with two clicks and without contacting support — this satisfies the Kündigungsbutton requirement of § 312k BGB. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then.

We may terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice, or without notice for good cause — in particular a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable-use rules below. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current period.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror or systematically extract our job index, or resell any part of the service.
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits or authentication.
• Upload another person’s CV or personal data without their consent.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, malicious or infringes third-party rights.
• Use the service to send bulk unsolicited applications or otherwise harass employers.
• Reverse-engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules. Where the breach is remediable, we warn you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

09Your content and our rights

Your CV, profile and any documents you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you — matching, generating documents, and displaying them back to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

The software, design, branding and job index of JobsuchPro remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your contract.

10Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. Outages at upstream job sources may reduce results temporarily.

As a digital product under §§ 327 ff. BGB we provide updates needed to maintain conformity for the duration of your contract. We may develop features further; where a change materially reduces the functionality you paid for, we notify you at least 30 days in advance and you may terminate free of charge.

11Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.

For slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) is breached — an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on which you may routinely rely. In that case liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

Any further liability is excluded. In particular we are not liable for a job you did not get, an application that was unsuccessful, or a decision you took on the basis of an AI-generated score or document.

12Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms where necessary for legal, technical or business reasons. We notify registered users by e-mail at least six weeks before the change takes effect. If you object before that date, the contract continues on the previous terms until the end of the current period; if you do not object, the new version applies. We will point out this consequence in the notification.

13Final provisions

• German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
• If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
• Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
